中国手打拉麺 馬賊

浅草に住んでいながらも人気と言われるお店を知らないことが多いのですが、馬賊もその一つ。

手打ち麺が人気のお店ということですが、開店前に到着したので待っていると、

バタン！バタン！とすごい音が聞こえてきます。

何かと見てみると、ちょうど麺を打っていました。

写真左側が麺を打つ所なんですが、生で麺を打ってるところを見るのは初めてでしたが、迫力がすごいです。

期待が膨らみます。

そして開店時間になり入店。

初めてなので今回はお店の名前もついてる【馬賊つけ麺】にしました。

妻が【坦々つけ麺】を頼んでいたので気づいたのですが、坦々つけ麺の特性的なのが馬賊つけ麺ですね。

つけ麺はまず麺だけをいただきます。

ツルモチ食感で美味しいです。

さんじの”あの塩”が欲しい！！！

つけ汁はシャバシャバなタイプ。

毎度のことながら上手く味の表現はできませんが…、チャーシューが柔らかくて美味しいです。

他にも餃子や唐揚げも人気のようなので、次はビール飲みながら食べたいなーと思いながら、やっぱこの麺も食べたいなーと、思いながら、完食。

美味しかったです。

It is said that handmade noodles are a popular shop, but I arrived before the shop opened, so when I was waiting,

When I looked at something, I was just hitting the noodles.

The left side of the photo is where the noodles are beaten, but it was the first time I saw the noodles being beaten raw, but the power is amazing.

Expectations swell.

Then it was time to open the store.

This is my first time, so this time I chose [Bazoku Tsukemen], which also has the name of the restaurant.

I noticed that her wife was asking for [Tsukemen], but the characteristic of Tsukemen is Bazoku Tsukemen.

First of all, we only have tsukemen.

It has a smooth texture and is delicious.

I want “that salt” from Sanji! !! !!

The soup is a shabby type.

I can’t express the taste well every time, but the char siu is soft and delicious.

Besides, dumplings and fried chicken seem to be popular, so next time I want to eat while drinking beer, I also want to eat this noodle, so I finished eating.

It was delicious.
