妻の実家からすぐ近くの近所にある美味しいお蕎麦屋さん"丹想庵 健次郎"

妻の弟が来るということで一緒に行ってきました。

実は家族ぐるみで仲良くして頂いてる
店主が営むお店で、娘も同じ保育園で
仲良し。

今回は海老のかき揚げとお蕎麦のセット。

お蕎麦は"もり(白)"と"田舎"と選べますがご厚意で相盛にしてくれました！

個人的には"もり"が好きですが"田舎"も捨てがたいなぁって思ってたので感謝！

ありがとうございます！

毎度のことながら詳しい説明は一切できません！
が、当たり前ですが手打ちは風味も全然違うし美味しいです。

その他も本当にどれも美味しい！
 

さつまいもの天ぷらには昇天！
こんなイモの天ぷらは食べたことないってくらい。

低温調理でゆっくり時間をかけて作られたそうです。

写真忘れましたが、、、
これまたご厚意で出して頂いた出汁巻き卵も絶品！

ミシュラン・ビブグルマンや
食べログ百名店の受賞歴もある
浅草の名店！

オススメです。

美味しかったです。

A delicious soba restaurant “Tansoan Kenjiro” in the neighborhood near his wife’s parents’ house

I went with my wife’s younger brother because he was coming.

Actually, I’m getting along with my whole family
The shop is run by the owner, and my daughter is in the same nursery school.
A good friend.

This time, a set of kakiage of shrimp and soba noodles.

You can choose “Mori (white)” or “Countryside” for soba, but they kindly made it a success!

Personally, I like “Mori”, but I thought it would be hard to throw away “Countryside”, so I’m grateful!

I can’t give you any detailed explanations every time!
However, as a matter of course, handmade has a completely different flavor and is delicious.

Everything else is really delicious!

Ascension to sweet potato tempura!
I’ve never eaten such potato tempura.

It seems that it was made slowly by low temperature cooking.

I forgot the photo, but …
The “Dashimaki Tamago” that was kindly served is also excellent!

Has also received awards from 100 famous tabelog restaurants
A famous store in Asakusa!

I recommend it.

It was delicious.
