うりんぼ / Urinbo

自宅からもほど近い博多ラーメンのお店”うりんぼ”に久しぶりに行ってきました。

今回はネギチャーシューメンにしました。

博多ラーメンならではなパツパツの細ストレート麺。

個人的には硬さは普通が好みです。

スープは白濁としていますが、豚骨臭は抑え目で、マイルドながらしっかりとした味わいです。

あの独特な豚骨臭が苦手な方でも食べやすいと思います。

また、ネギが良い仕事してます。

食べログのクーポンで替え玉が無料だったのでお願いし、卓上にある高菜や紅ショウガで味変しつつ最後まで美味しく頂きました。

たまーに食べたくなるこの味が近所にあるなんて贅沢ですね。

I went to the Hakata ramen shop “Urinbo”, which is close to my home, for the first time in a while.

This time I chose green onion pork noodles.

Fine straight noodles that are unique to Hakata Ramen.

Personally, I like the hardness as normal.

The soup is cloudy, but the pork bone odor is subdued, and it has a mild yet firm taste.

I think it’s easy to eat even for those who don’t like that unique pork bone odor.

Also, green onions do a good job.

I asked for a free replacement ball with the tabelog coupon, and I enjoyed it until the end while changing the taste with the mustard and pickled ginger on the table.

It’s a luxury to have this taste that you want to eat once in a while.
