【本当？詐欺？】HitBTC日本人使えなくなるってよ

先程、HitBTCのコンプライアンス部門から日本人の取引ができなくなるとのメールが届きましたΣ(￣ロ￣lll)

※（追記）メール自体がフィッシング詐欺との話も出ています。

メール全文

Dear Sir or Madam,
In accordance with the Japan Payment Services Act, HitBTC has to temporarily suspend providing virtual crypto currency exchange services to Japan residents. By accepting the Terms of Service, you have agreed not to use our Services and immediately cease using those if you are a resident or become a resident at any time of the state or region, where HitBTC is not authorized to act (see cl.2.2.(g)).
We have detected that you use or have ever used our services from an IP address registered in Japan, or any other services registered in Japan, therefore, our system identifies you as a potential Japanese resident. In order to be able to continue providing our services to you, we have to ensure that you are not a resident of Japan.
We kindly ask you to provide us the following documents:
Your ID (a clear and recognizable scan or photo copy of your passport or ID card);
A permanent residence address and the documents proving this permanent residence address in accordance with the law, or at least: (i) residence permit or official registration at the place of residence; AND (ii) a bank account statement not older than one (1) month prior to this request containing your permanent residence address.
The deadline to provide the documents is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this request (Deadline Date). Please use this form to upload the documents and we will proceed them at top priority. Do not provide the information via other means.
In case you are interested in opening a verified PRO account, you can do this with the help of our partner Sequant Capital Limited, an FSA-regulated UK broker company.
If you fail to provide information about your residency by Deadline Date OR confirm that you are resident of Japan we will suspend providing services to you and you will only be able to withdraw your crypto assets from HitBTC.
Please note, that withdrawals upon deadline may be delayed and be subject to verification procedures.
By agreeing to our Terms of Service you have agreed to pass through AML/KYC procedures, which may be applied to You from time to time (see cl.12.3 (c)).
Please be informed that HitBTC strives to comply with the Japan Financial Services Agency’s requirements in order to obtain due authorizations to act on the territory of Japan. We will inform you as soon as we succeed in this. We, therefore, strongly believe that our partnership will be continued in the nearest future.

メールによると、

日本の決済サービス法に基づき、日本人の取引を停止しなくてはいけなくなったみたいです。

IPアドレス的に日本人の疑いがある方にメールが届いてるみたいですね。

このメールが届いた人はパスポートなりで日本人じゃないことを証明する必要があります。

期限は１４日後（6/16）で、それ以降はHitBTCでの取引はできなくなるようです。

メール自体がフィッシング詐欺なんじゃないかっていう話も上がっています。

でも詐欺だとしたら、なぜ出金させたいんだろう？
