湯屋敷孝楽の自家製絶品から揚げ定食

湯屋敷孝楽で自家製絶品から揚げ定食を食べました。唐揚げは外側がサクッとしたカリカリの衣で包まれており、一口食べるとジューシーな肉汁が口の中に広がります。その肉は締まっていて、しっかりとした噛み応えがあります。冷めて固くなったものとは異なる固さです。舌の上に広がる美味しさと満足感に心が満たされます。

 自家製絶品から揚げ定食にはキャベツが添えられています。キャベツはトンカツ定食のようにたっぷりと盛られています。新鮮なキャベツのシャキシャキした食感と甘みが、唐揚げの油っこさを和らげてくれます。一緒に食べることで、さっぱりとした味わいと野菜の栄養も摂ることができます。

自家製絶品から揚げ定食にはレモンも付いています。私は素材を味わうタイプのため、レモンはレモンで食べました。レモンの酸味が、唐揚げの旨みを引き立ててくれるのです。絞ると広がる爽やかな香りと酸味は、口の中の味覚を活性化させ、食欲をそそります。

千葉侑生『幼稚園WARS』の主人公リタは、から揚げは「レモンかけない派」です。しかし、シチューは「ごはんにかける派」です（第1話「黒髪イケメン」）。混ぜないのが常に好きというものでもないようです。

唐揚げにレモンをつけるか

 自家製絶品から揚げ定食にはソース付きのメニューもあります。ソースには、おろしポン酢、タルタル、ハニーマスタード、ヤンニョム風があります。後二者は韓国風です。唐揚げはKentucky Fried Chickenに対抗してJapanese Fried Chickenと呼びたくなるものですが、そこにも韓流の勢いがあります。KFCもKorean Fried Chickenの略と認識されるようになるかもしれません。私は素材の味を楽しみたいため、ソースなしのノーマルな自家製絶品から揚げ定食を選びました。

湯屋敷孝楽（ゆやしき　こうらく）は埼玉県さいたま市浦和区の温浴施設です。最寄駅は京浜東北線の北浦和駅です。内風呂や露天風呂、サウナがあります。露天風呂の奥には洞窟があります。洞窟の中には寝ながら浸かれる風呂があります。お湯もぬるく、寝ていられるため、長時間浸かることができます。

Karaage is Japanese style fried chicken. It is made by marinating bite-size pieces of chicken in soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Boneless chicken thigh is coated in breadcrumbs and fried. It is one of my favorite Japanese dishes. It is too delicious to resist. It is called JFC, Japanese Fried Chicken in contrast to KFC, Kentucky Fried Chicken.

After marinating, the meat pieces are coated with flour, potato starch, or a combination of both, which helps create a crispy and golden exterior when fried.

It is commonly enjoyed with a squeeze of lemon juice or accompanied by a dipping sauce like mayonnaise, ponzu sauce, or a mixture of soy sauce and vinegar. The texture of karaage is one of its distinguishing features, as the outer coating is crispy and the meat remains moist and tender.

It is beloved by many due to its delicious taste and the satisfying combination of textures. While chicken is the most common protein used for karaage, other variations of this dish can be made with different types of meat, such as pork, fish, or even tofu. Each variation has its own unique flavors and characteristics.

It is the most popular addition to Japanese style lunchbox. It is a popular choice in Japanese cuisine and can be found in restaurants, and even as street food throughout Japan. If you have ever visited Japanese bar, you have probably seen it on the menu.
