【オニキス】施策の変更について

私がオニキスのギルドマスターに就任して以降、様々な施策を実施してきました。

もともと、施策を始めるにあたっては従前よりも多額の支出を伴うことを理解しており、持続可能なプランに移行するため、あるべき施策をギルドメンバーの皆さんで決める予定でした。

そして、今月頭から一昨日にかけて、オニキスギルドにて投票を実施しました。

その結果を踏まえ、現在の施策を以下のとおり変更することとしました。

オニキスの施策に期待して今月オニキスに来てくださった方々の利害を考慮し、適用は４月初めからとなります。

【施策１】移籍金制度

従前施策

以下の要件を満たした方に、移籍金として2000SPLを進呈します。
・前月チャレンジカップレジェンド級5位以内、もしくはゴールド級3位以内 
・当月オニキスに移籍 
・移籍後ギルドバトルに2ヶ月間参加 

維持４票、廃止ないし減縮１８票でした。

反対多数でした。賛成票もありましたので制度自体は維持しつつ、移籍金を大幅に削減して200SPLに変更します。※適用は来月移籍分から

また、短期間での移籍繰り返し防止のため、申請にかかる移籍後６ヶ月間は再度申請不可とします。　

【施策2】上位ランカー報償

従前施策
以下の要件を満たした方に、上位ランカー報償として500SPLを進呈します。 
・当月のチャレンジカップでレジェンド級１０位以内もしくはゴールド級５位以内 
・当月のギルドバトルで５勝以上

維持２０票、廃止ないし減縮２票でした。賛成多数で、施策は維持します。

【施策3】ギルドバトル貢献者報償

従前施策
ギルドバトルで10勝以上した方に300SPLを支給します。

維持１８票、廃止ないし減縮３票でした。賛成多数で、施策は維持します。

【施策4】コロシアム開催報償

従前施策
以下の要件を満たした方に、100SPLを進呈します。 
・コロシアムを主催 
・コロシアムの報酬の獲得条件をオニキス有利に設定（（例）運営協賛カードの配布対象を、１位＋オニキス１位とする） 
・参加者64名以上

維持１８票、廃止ないし減縮４票でした。賛成多数でした。反対票もありましたが、収支全体に対する影響が現状少ないこと、コロシアムは是非盛り上げていただきたいとの趣旨から、制度はそのまま維持することとしました。

【施策5】レジェンドレンタル支援

従前施策
ギルドバトル出場者を対象に、ギルドバトルで使用したいレジェンドのレンタル費用を1名当たり最大1000SPL補助します。

維持１７票、廃止ないし減縮６票でした。賛成多数である一方、一定の反対票もありました。賛成多数のためそのまま維持も考えましたが、オニキスの収支全体に占める割合が大きく、そのまま維持した場合に賛成票得票率のより高い他の施策を行うことができなくなってしまうおそれがあるため、減縮の方向に踏み切りました。

具体的には、支援額の最大値を600SPLに変更します。

これまでの実績・相場からレジェンドカード１枚程度はレンタルできるギリギリくらいかと思います。もし予算が超えてしまう部分は、上記ギルドバトル貢献者報償などで稼ぎ返してください！

賛否あるところかと思いますが、これを踏まえてギルドの所属をご検討ください。

【施策6】オニキス杯ゴールド

従前施策
オニキス1位 10000Soul オニキス2位 6000Soul オニキス3位 4000Soul オニキス抽選（4位以下） 2000Soul×5名 

維持21票、廃止ないし減縮1票でした。賛成多数で、施策は維持します。

【施策7】オニキス杯シルバー

従前施策
オニキス1位 200SPL オニキス2位 150SPL オニキス3位 100SPL オニキス4〜5位 50SPL オニキス抽選（6位以下） 50SPL×5名 

維持20票、廃止ないし減縮2票でした。賛成多数でしたので制度は維持しますが、後述するオニキスブロンズ杯の減縮とあわせ、6位以下の抽選対象は3名としたいと思います。

【施策8】オニキス杯ブロンズ

従前施策
オニキス1位 1000SPL オニキス2位 800SPL オニキス3位 500SPL オニキス抽選（4位以下） 100SPL×5名 

維持9票、廃止ないし減縮14票でした。反対多数でしたので、大幅に削減します。具体的には「オニキス1位 300SPL オニキス2位 200SPL オニキス3位 100SPL オニキス抽選（4位以下） 50SPL×3名」とします。

それでもシルバー杯より報酬を大きくしたのは、やはり初心者や無課金者にとってもチャンスのあるブロンズレギュレーションの報酬を大きくし、皆に楽しんでもらえるようなギルドにしたいという考えからです。

おわりに

施策の民主的決定は、最大多数の利益に叶うと思いますので、今後も定期的にやっていこうと思います。ギルドメンバーが、議論を経て施策を変えていくことのできるギルドですので、皆様是非ご参加ください。

Since I took over as Guild Master of Onyx, we have implemented a number of measures.

Originally, we knew that the measures that we were going to implement would involve a greater expenditure than in the past, and in order to move to a sustainable plan, we were going to let the guild members decide on the measures that should be implemented.

We then conducted a vote in the Onyx Guild from the beginning of this month through the day before yesterday.

Based on the results, we have decided to make the following changes to the current measures.

In consideration of the interests of those who came to Onyx this month in anticipation of Onyx's policies, they will be applied from the beginning of April.

Measure 1　Transfer Fee System

Previous measure
We will give 2000 SPL as a transfer fee to those who meet the following requirements. 
・Transfer to Onyx in the current month 
・Participate in guild battles for 2 months after the transfer.  

There were 4 votes to maintain and 18 votes to abolish or reduce.

There were many votes against. Since there were some votes in favor, we will keep the system itself, but reduce the transfer fee significantly to 200 SPL. *Application will start from next month's transfers.

In addition, in order to prevent repeated transfers in a short period of time, it will not be possible to apply again for 6 months after the transfer for which the application is submitted.  

Measure 2　 Rewards for Top Rankers

Previous measure
Those who fulfill the following requirements will receive 500 SPL as a reward for being a top ranker. 
・Ranked in the top 10 of the Legend level or the top 5 of the Gold level in the Challenge Cup during the month 
・Won 5 or more guild battles during the month

There were 20 votes to maintain the measure and 2 votes to eliminate or reduce it. The majority of the votes were in favor, and the measure will be maintained.

Measure 3　Rewards for Guild Battle Contributors

Previous measure
300 SPL will be paid to those who win 10 or more guild battles.

There were 18 votes to maintain the measure and 3 votes to eliminate or reduce it. The majority of the votes were in favor, and the measure will be maintained.

Measure 4　Rewards for holding Colosseums

Previous measure
100 SPL will be awarded to those who fulfill the following requirements of the previous measure. 
・Holding a colosseum.
・The conditions for obtaining rewards at the Colosseum are set in Onyx's favor (e.g., the cards sponsored by the management are distributed to the 1st place + Onyx's 1st place).
・64 people have joined in the colosseum.

There were 18 votes to maintain and 4 votes to abolish or reduce. The majority of the votes were in favor. Although there were some negative votes, we decided to maintain the system as it is because it has little impact on the overall balance and because we would like the Colosseum to be more exciting.

Measure 5　Support for Legend Rentals

Previous measure
The maximum rental cost of a Legend for each participant in a guild battle will be subsidized by a maximum of 1000 SPL per participant.

There were 17 votes to maintain and 6 votes to eliminate or reduce. While there was a majority in favor, there were also a certain number of votes against. However, the percentage of Onyx's total revenues and expenditures is so large that if it were maintained as is, it might be impossible to implement other measures that would have received a higher percentage of votes in favor, so the decision was made to reduce the amount.

Specifically, the maximum amount of support will be changed to 600 SPL.

Based on past performance and market prices, we believe that this is just about the same amount as we can afford to rent one legend card. If the budget is exceeded, please use the guild battle contributor rewards mentioned above to earn some money back!

We are sure there will be pros and cons, but please take this into consideration when considering guild affiliation.

Measure 6　 Onyx Cup Gold

Previous measure

There were 21 votes to maintain and 1 vote to eliminate or reduce. The majority of the votes were in favor, and the measure will be retained.

Measure 7　 Onyx Cup Silver

Onyx 1st 200SPL Onyx 2nd 150SPL Onyx 3rd 100SPL Onyx 4th-5th 50SPL Onyx Lottery (6th place or below) 50SPL x 5  

There were 20 votes to maintain the system and 2 votes to abolish or reduce it. Since the majority of the votes were in favor, we will maintain the system, but in addition to the reduction of the Onyx Bronze Cup, which will be discussed later, we would like to set the number of participants in the drawing for the Onyx Bronze Cup at 3 for 6th place and below.

Measure 8　 Onyx Bronze Cup

Onyx 1st place 1000SPL Onyx 2nd place 800SPL Onyx 3rd place 500SPL Onyx lottery (4th place and below) 100SPL x 5 players  

There were 9 votes to maintain and 14 votes to eliminate or reduce. Since there were a majority of votes against, the number will be significantly reduced. Specifically, we will reduce it to "Onyx 1st place 300SPL Onyx 2nd place 200SPL Onyx 3rd place 100SPL Onyx lottery (4th place and below) 50SPL x 3 persons".

The reason why we still made the rewards larger than the Silver Cup is because we still want to make the rewards for the Bronze Regulation larger, which is a chance for beginners and non-payers, and make the guild more enjoyable for everyone.

I believe that democratic decision making on measures will fulfill the interests of the greatest number, so I will continue to do this on a regular basis. We are a guild where guild members can change measures through discussion, and we invite everyone to join us.
