オニキスでは、ギルドの意思決定に一部直接民主政を取り入れています。

1，ギルドマスターの選挙

オニキスは「唯一の民主主義ギルド」 を掲げています。
ギルドマスターを選挙で決める唯一の民主主義ギルドです。
選挙に勝てば誰でもギルドマスターになれます。

以前は3ヶ月ごとに選挙を行っていたようですが、現在は、立候補者が現れ次第の選挙となっています。私がクリプトスペルズを始めてからはずっとねたざんまいさんがやっておりましたが、私が昨年に立候補したという経緯で私もギルドマスターになったわけです（ただし、立候補者が私1名だったので選挙は行われませんでした）。

早いもので、私がギルドマスターになって2ヶ月が経ち、3ヶ月目に入りました。

以前の運用からすれば、3ヶ月でひとつの区切りとなります。

まだまだギルマスを続けたいと思っていますが、他方で、組織全体の成長の為には常に新しい風が必要です。我こそはと思う方の立候補、お待ちしています。

2，施策の改廃についての民主政

オニキスの現在の施策は、基本的には私が考案したものです。

当然ですがそこには私の主観的な価値判断が前提されており、ギルドメンバーにとってよりよいものにしていくためには、主権者であるギルドメンバー自身の意向をできる限り反映させる必要があります。

そこで、ギルドメンバーが受けられる利益の内容が大きく変わるような重要な施策の決定には、投票による直接民主政を取り入れることとしました。

昨日、オニキスディスコード内の「投票所」チャンネルに、オニキスが行っている各種施策のうちオニキスの資金SPLの支出を伴うもの8つについて、現在の施策を維持するか、それとも廃止や減縮を考えるかの投票を設けました。

完全多数決ではなく、最終的な政策の変更は、多数決を踏まえたボードによる決定に委ねることとはなりますが、できる限りギルドメンバーの意向を踏まえた意思決定をしていきたいと考えています。

3月8日が投票の期限となっておりますので、オニキスのギルドメンバーの方は、是非投票をお願いいたします。

ギルドマスターとは？

ギルドマスターとは、クリプトスペルズ内の各ギルドを統括する立場の役職です。

ギルドマスターは、ギルド内の施策を統括し、ボードと協力してギルドを運営します。ギルドはたくさんのメンバーが所属していますから、ギルドメンバーにとって居心地の良いギルドを作ったり、ギルドバトルで勝てるチームを作ったりすることが、ギルドマスターの役割ということになります。

現実世界でギルドを会社に例えるならば、ギルドメンバーが株主、ギルドマスターが代表取締役、ボードメンバーが取締役というようなイメージですかね。

オニキスでは現在、私がギルドマスター、ボードはBUSHOUMONOさんとちゃんぷTAKUYAさん、がんつさんという構成でギルドを運営しています。

ディスコードって何？どうすれば入れるの？

ディスコード（Discord）とは、ゲーム外のサービスで、特定のコミュニティのユーザー同士のコミュニケーションツールです。ボイスチャットなども可能です。私も全然詳しくないですが、ゲームばかりでなく様々なコンテンツで使われているみたいですね。

クリプトスペルズ公式のディスコードチャンネルもあり、ここでクリプトスペルズからの告知や、ボイス機能を用いたAMA（Ask Me Anythingの略。公開質疑応答会のような感じです）も開催されています。

オニキスのチャンネルですが、ゲーム内のオニキスギルドの最下部に、ディスコードチャンネルへのアクセスがあります。そこからディスコードに入っていただくと、最初にギルドを選択する案内が出てきます。オニキスメンバーの方はオニキスを選んでいただくと、オニキス内の各コンテンツにアクセスできます。

上述した投票や、各施策によるSPLの受け取りなどもすべてこのオニキスディスコードチャンネルにて行っていますので、オニキスメンバーであれば参加必須ですよ！

Onyx has adopted a partially direct democracy in guild decision-making.

1、Election of Guild Master

Onyx is the only democratic guild in the cryptospells. We are the only democratic guild that elects its guildmaster. Anyone who wins the election can become the guildmaster.

It used to be that elections were held every three months, but now elections are held as soon as a candidate appears. Since I started Cryptospells, Mr.Netazanmai had been guildmaster, but I became a guildmaster as a result of my candidacy last year (however, since I was the only candidate, no election was held).

It has been two months since I became guild master, and I am now in my third month.

From the previous operation, three months is a milestone.

I still want to continue my role of Guildmaster, but on the other hand, new winds are always needed for the growth of the organization as a whole. We are looking forward to your candidacy.

2, Democratic policy on the revision or abolition of policies

Onyx's current policies are basically my own ideas.

In order to make them better for the guild members, it is necessary to reflect as much as possible the intentions of the guild members themselves, who are the sovereign owners of the guild.

Therefore, we have decided to incorporate direct democracy through voting into decisions on important measures that will significantly change the benefits that guild members will receive.

Yesterday, we established a vote in the "voting booth" channel in the Onyx Discord on eight of the various measures that Onyx has implemented that involve the expenditure of Onyx funds SPL, on whether to maintain the current measures or to consider eliminating or reducing them.

Although this is not a full majority vote and the final policy changes will be left to a decision by the board based on the majority vote, we will try to make decisions based on the wishes of the guild members as much as possible.

March 8 is the deadline for voting, and we encourage all Onyx guild members to cast their votes.

What is a Guild Master?

A guildmaster is a position that oversees each guild within Cryptospells.

The Guildmaster oversees measures within the guild and manages the guild in cooperation with the board. Since a guild has many members, the guildmaster's role is to make the guild comfortable for guild members and to create a team that can win guild battles.

If we were to compare a guild to a company in the real world, the guild members would be the shareholders, the guildmaster would be the representative director, and the board members would be the directors.

In Onyx, I am the guildmaster, and the board consists of BUSHOUMONO, CHAMPTAKUYA, and GANTSU.

What is discord? How do I get in?

Discord is an out-of-game service that is a communication tool for users of a particular community. It also allows for voice chat, etc. I am not familiar with it at all, but it seems to be used not only for games but also for a variety of other content.

There is also an official Cryptospells discord channel, where announcements from Cryptospells and AMA (short for Ask Me Anything, a kind of open Q&A session using the voice function) are posted. ) is also held.

As for the Onyx channel, there is access to the discord channel at the bottom of the Onyx Guild in-game. When you enter the discord from there, you will first be guided to select your guild. If you are an Onyx member, select Onyx and you will be able to access each content in Onyx.

All of the aforementioned voting and receiving SPLs from the various policies are done through this Onyx Discord channel, so if you are an Onyx member, participation is a must!
