本記事は、オニキスギルトのギルドマスターとして、現在有効なオニキスギルドの施策を述べるものです。政策の変更によって、都度、記述を変更いたします。なお、この記事への「いいね」や投げ銭によるALIS収入は、定期的にSPLに換算し、オニキスギルドに寄付します。

１，究極の目的

ギルドマスターとしての究極の目的は２つです。

⑴　強化　毎月のギルドバトルで優勝争いができるような強いギルドにすること
⑵　普及　どんな楽しみ方をする方にとっても居心地の良いギルドにすること

これらの目的を達成するため、以下の施策を実施しております。

２，強化のための施策

⑴　移籍金制度

以下の要件を満たした方に、移籍金として200SPLを進呈します。
・前月チャレンジカップレジェンド級5位以内、もしくはゴールド級3位以内
・当月オニキスに移籍
・移籍後ギルドバトルに2ヶ月間参加
2ヶ月目のギルドバトル終了後にDiscordにてご申告ください。

⑵　ギルドバトル参加者へのレンタル補助

ギルドバトル参加者がギルドバトルのためにゲーム内レンタルマーケットでレジェンドをレンタルした場合、最大700SPLを補助。
レンタルした際にDiscordにてご申告ください。

また、ギルド所有のゴールドカードのレンタルも行っております。

⑶　上位ランカー報償

以下の要件を満たした方に、上位ランカー報償として500SPLを進呈します。
・当月のチャレンジカップでレジェンド級１０位以内もしくはゴールド級５位以内
・当月のギルドバトルで５勝以上
⑴との重複も可能です。ギルドバトル終了後にDiscordにてご申告ください。

⑷　ギルドバトル貢献者報償

ギルドバトルで１０勝以上した選手に、報奨金として400SPLを進呈します。
ギルドバトル終了後にDiscordにてご申告ください。

これらの政策により、オニキスに強者を集めると共に、オニキス所属選手の競争力を高めることで、ギルドバトルで勝てるチームを作ることを目指します。

3，普及のための施策

⑴　オニキスTwitterアカウント運営

オニキスのTwitterアカウントを運営しています。
定期的にオニキスのイベント情報や、初心者に役立つ情報発信をしておりますので、是非フォローください！

⑵　オニキス杯開催

オニキス主催のコロシアムを、ゴールド級、シルバー級、ブロンズ級の3階級で実施。
オニキスギルドメンバー限定でSPLやSoul報酬を配布します。

⑶　オニキスDiscord運営

オニキスの運営に関するコミュニケーションは、オニキスのDiscordチャンネルを中心に行われています。
2023年1月よりさらに見やすいように改善。
ギルドメンバーは是非有効活用ください。

⑷　コロシアム施策

コロシアム主催を楽しみたい方のための施策です。
以下の要件を満たした方に、150SPLを進呈します。
・コロシアムを主催
・コロシアムの報酬の獲得条件をオニキス有利に設定（（例）運営協賛カードの配布対象を、１位＋オニキス１位とする）
・参加者32名以上
コロシアムを主催していただいた方は、Discordチャンネルより申請ください！

これにより、少しでもオニキスでイベントを開催したいと思っていただき、オニキス有利なイベント開催によってオニキス所属人数を増やしていくことを目指します。

⑸　採掘関係（ギルドシルバー）施策

シルバーカード発行権を使い、オニキスのギルド採掘で採掘できるシルバーカードを新調してくださった方に、1000SPLを進呈します。

⑹　ギルドバトル配信報償

以下の条件を満たした方に、１００SPLを支給します。
１，ギルドバトルに関する配信を行う（mirativ,youtube,twitch等なんでも）。内容はギルドバトルに関係していればOK！選手としての実況解説でも、リプレイを見ながらのコンテンツでも、何でもOK！ 
２，ギルバト前日の０時～ギルドバトル翌日の２４時まで 
３，配信時間１時間以上、同時視聴者数５人以上。 

配信が終わりましたら、オニキスDiscord内の専用チャンネルにて、配信日時、配信したコンテンツの概要、配信時間、同時視聴者数のスクリーンショットを添えてご報告ください。

⑺　奉納ポイント競争

毎月8日から翌月7日までの奉納ポイントランキングで、ポイントの高い方から順に、1位に300spl、2位に200spl、3位に100spl差し上げます。
月初に、オニキス運営にて一時的なチェックをしますが、運営のチェック後に奉納したなどランキングに変動がある場合は、このチャンネルにギルド奉納ポイントランキングのスクリーンショットを自己申告してください。

４，育成のための政策

チャレンジカップ開始1週間前からチャレンジカップ終了までの間に、オニキス所属メンバーが、オニキス所属のメンバーから「レンタルマーケット」システムを使ってカードをレンタルした場合、1人あたり300spl、合計月当たり2100spl（早い者勝ち）のレンタル費用をギルドから支援します！ 

オニキスの所属選手から借りたことが分かるスクリーンショットとともに、このチャンネルで申請ください！

５，オニキス記念Sカード

オニキスで発行したSカードを入手できるサービスです。

As the Guildmaster of Onyx Guild, this article is to describe the policies of Onyx Guild that are currently in effect. The description will be changed from time to time as policies change. 

1, Ultimate Purpose

As a guildmaster, I have two ultimate objectives.

(1) Strengthening the guild to be strong enough to compete for the championship in monthly guild battles 
(2) Making the guild to be a comfortable guild for all kinds of people who enjoy the Cryptospells.

To achieve these goals, we are implementing the following measures.

2、Measures to strengthen the guild

(1) Transfer payment system

We will give 200 SPL as a transfer payment to those who meet the following requirements: 
・Ranking inside top 5 in legend glade or top 3 in gold glade at Challenge Cup of the previous month
・Transfer to Onyx from the other guild
・participate in guild battles for 2 months after transferring to Onyx.
Please apply to get your transfer payment on Onyx Discord channel after the two guild battles.

(2) Rental assistance for guild battle participants

Up to 600 SPL will be subsidized for Guild Battle participants who rent Legends from the in-game rental market. 
Please report the rental on Onyx Discord channel when you rent the card.

In addition, Onyx guild members can rent a guild-owned gold card at no charge.

(3) Top Rankers Reward

500 SPL will be given to those who meet the following requirements as a reward for the top ranker.
・ Ranked in the top 10 of the Legend glade or the top 5 of the Gold glade in the Challenge Cup
・ Won 5 or more games in a guild battle. 
Please apply to get your Top rankers reward on Onyx Discord channel after the guild battle.

⑷ Rewards for Guild Battle Contributors

Players who win 10 games or more in a guild battle will receive 300 SPL as a reward. Please apply to get your Top reward on Onyx Discord channel after the guild battle.

Through these policies, we aim to build a team that can win in guild battles by attracting strong players to Onyx and increasing the competitiveness of players belonging to Onyx.

3、Policies for dissemination

(1) Operation of Onyx Twitter account

Onyx operates a Twitter account. We regularly post information about Onyx events and other useful information for beginners, so please follow us!

(2) Onyx Cup is held!

Onyx will host a Colosseum with three levels: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. SPL and Soul rewards will be distributed exclusively to Onyx guild members.

(3) Onyx Discord Operation

Communication regarding Onyx operations is centered on the Onyx Discord channel, which has been improved to be even easier to view since January 2023. 

⑷ Colosseum Policy

This policy is for those who want to enjoy hosting colosseums. 150 SPL will be awarded to those who fulfill the following requirements. 
・Hosted a colosseum
・Set the conditions for obtaining rewards at the colosseum in Onyx's favor (e.g., the cards to be distributed by the management will be obtained by 1st place + Onyx's 1st place),
・Number of participants will be 32 or more in the colosseum. 
Please apply to get your fee on Onyx Discord channel after your colosseum.

Through these policies, we aim to to increase the number of people who holds events in Onyx's favor, and increase the number of Onyx guild members.

⑸ Mining-related measures

We will give 1,000 SPL to those who make a new silver card that can be mined by Onyx guild miners using the silver card issuing right.

⑹ Onyx Guildbattle broadcast

We will give 100 SPL to those who fulfill the following conditions: 
1. Broadcast your cryptospells content! The content can be anything as long as it is related to the guild battle! 
2. You must deliver the content from 0:00 at the day before Guildbattle to 24:00 at the day after Guildbattle. 
3. You must broadcast the content in 1 hour at least, and you must get the 5 viewer at least. 

When you have finished your delivery, please report back to us on this channel with the date and time of your delivery, a summary of the content you delivered, the duration of the delivery, and a screenshot of the number of simultaneous viewers. 

⑺ Competition of dedication points

At the dedication point ranking from the 8th of each month to the 7th of the following month, we will give 300spl to first place, 200spl to second place, and 100spl to third place, in order of the highest points.

４，Policies for Training

From one week before the start of the Challenge Cup to the end of the Challenge Cup, if Onyx members rent cards from Onyx members using the "Rental Market" system, the guild will support the rental cost of 300 SPL per person, totaling 2100 SPL per month (first come, first served)! The guild will provide support!

Rent the cards and submit a "screenshot showing that you have rented from someone who belongs to Onyx" along with pasting it in the rental room on Discord.
