学校と塾がズブズブの関係に・・・

「学校の中で（塾の）教室を我々の方が委託で運営するというのを受けておりまして。先生はどうしても業務の過多で（補習をみることが）できないというのが現状でした。そこを私たちの塾でできないかと言われたのがきっかけですね」

　利権に群がる人たちは醜い。学校に先生が集まらない。ブラック企業並みの労働環境だとバレてしまっている。長時間労働は過労死ラインだから改善しようという動きが全国的に広がっている。

　その対策の一つが「授業後に学校で塾を開く」というのだから、呆れてモノが言えない。現在でも特定の企業のセールスマンが学校に足しげく通い、校長会に働きかけて問題集も模試もその会社のモノが独占というのが実態だ。

　そんな学校と企業の癒着に、今度は塾まで巻き込まれそうだ。そこに、生徒や保護者目線など１ミリもない。透明性がゼロなので、生徒にとって良質な問題集や模試ではなくキックバックが大きい企業と学校の癒着が何十年の囁かれている。

　自分の力で集客できるほどの塾講師なら、独立して自分の指導方針を貫ける自分の塾を作る。大企業の看板なしでは塾講師としてやっていけない「イマイチ先生」は、自営の道は選ばない。そんな塾業界のことなど、自民党も文科省も教育委員会も知らないのだろう。

　何でもいいので知名度の高い塾に生徒を指導させようという考えらしい。保護者の皆さんも生徒の皆さんも、このままでは

「自分が通う塾は自分で決める」

　ではなく、学校が決めた塾以外に通えなくなりますよ。

　People who are clinging to their own interests are ugly. They say that schools are not attracting teachers. They have been exposed as having a working environment comparable to that of a black company. There is a nationwide movement to improve the long working hours because they are on the line for death from overwork.

　One of the measures is to open cram schools after classes. Even today, salesmen from certain companies visit schools frequently to lobby the principals' association and monopolize the question books and mock examinations.

　It seems that even cram schools are getting caught up in this cozy relationship between schools and corporations. There is not a single millimeter of concern for the students or their parents. Because there is zero transparency, for decades there have been whispers of collusion with companies that offer large kickbacks instead of quality problem sets and mock exams for students.

　If you are a tutoring instructor who is good enough to attract customers on your own, you will create your own tutoring school where you can be independent and follow your own teaching policy. An "imbecile teacher" who cannot make it as a cram school teacher without the signboard of a large corporation will not choose the path of self-employment. The LDP, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and the Board of Education are probably unaware of such a cram school industry.

　It seems that the idea is to have the students be instructed by a well-known cram school, whatever that may be. Parents and students alike will have no choice but to decide which cram school they want to attend.

　If this continues, parents and students alike will not be able to attend any other school than the one that the school has decided for them to attend.
